These are three words in the mouths of many people in recent times. I'm glad that many are dedicated to your soul and inner growth. You are losing the false idea that he said that those who speak of spirituality dealing with things "occult", magic, esoteric and strange things.
I tell you three different things to each of these words. I am sure that behind these "labels" we will find a vast content that goes beyond what these words mean to us.
Spirituality: We see it everywhere, in animate and inanimate things. In people, animals, and in all nature. Not only in the things that we recognize as "beautiful" ... not just a flower or a bird. Even in what we do not touch it dirty.
It is that "nothing", but without that "nothing" that is could not exist.
We are all spiritual beings. What changes between the one and the other is the degree of awareness about this spirituality. Who is aware of their spirituality is also aware of that "nothing" could be translated to that space, silence, darkness (which is nothing) but allow things, sounds and light are where they are. On this subject I would talk for hours ...
Meditation: meditate essentially means being able to observe our thoughts, our minds and look at the judges, he complains, he argues, is concerned, feels discount and so on. The calm that we associate with those who meditate is due to the fact that observing the motto of the mind is not what the mind tells us that we are, so ... feel peace. I say "us" because as I wrote before, peace is always there, in the depth that we are. So we do not need to meditate to calm exterior ... we can observe the mind always, while we are in the midst of great tribulations.
Personal growth: this aspect of our lives is the most passengers of all from a superficial point of view.
We add new skills, learn new languages, new techniques of healing, we take care of our health, taking care of what we eat or drink, etc.. In summary, we are dealing with change and keep the best that we can shape that is not eternal.
Many cultures do not value religious care of all these things, especially to the care of the body. Or in the daily effort to achieve enrichment material. At least it was much more markedly until a few decades ago, but that some of these ideas have remained in the subconscious of the human race.
Now, it seems that the latter expression, "personal growth" in many areas of our life consists of physical actions that have nothing to do with spirituality or meditation.
The most incredible thing is that just in the everyday actions we must be aware of the spirituality inherent in all things and in practice aware of the action as a powerful method of meditation. It is there where really it is spiritual and that is where we are encouraged to be aware of our every move. With this we see the true prosperity ... the world starts to cooperate with us.
