Emotions: a reflection of mental structures in the body

I want to share with you something that is the basis of achieving the depth that we are.
We are confident that we can not always bring to consciousness what is unconscious in us. We know that about 88 percent of our mental activity is unconscious. So we can say that in proportion to our abilities are equally irresponsible.
How many things do, even harmful, automatically without having a choice?
As I said before, we can not be conscious of one hundred per cent of mental activities, structures that are switched on automatically.
One thing we can do, keep our emotions.
An emotion is a physical response to the mind. It is a reaction to the body frame of mind which is "working" at that time. Surely you must be thinking that I discovered the hot water right? ... Yet you say that this truth is ignored, ignoring the fact that making conscious emotion, let us also aware of the mindset that "rule".

Begins to consider emotions as indicators that tell us what is happening at that moment in our subconscious.
Take as a habit to bring your attention inside your body, in the place where you feel the emotion that is produced. Stay there to observe.
By doing this you do is to remove energy to the mind, that mind-set that produces the emotion.
With this we are not turning their heads to the problem, but ... we're watching.
When I was younger I did things for a thousand problems that now regard as "nonsense". For me at that time were a problem now consider those things unimportant.
It happens so with those who are too shy and unable to speak fluently with a stranger, thinking that his audience is there to judge his every word and expression .. Compared to who this person certainly is not shy becomes a problem when in fact these problems do not exist.
Now ... has the shy emotions that block it. It is the presence of the stranger who makes him feel at discount but his mental structure. Many others in his place, in the presence of the same person outside are fine without any problems.
